Is it ringing at all? A blocked call will ring once, then stop. If it's not ringing at all, call your carrier and ask if they have any numbers blocked for your cellphone.

(Or you may have "unknown callers" blocked, and there's something bad about your callerID. (You can call someone else's cell and see what number shows up, to check that.) If that's the case, call your home phone carrier and tell them. (And you'll probably be asked what you'd like it to show, so you can choose your whole name, your nickname, your family name, etc.)
