O Conecte SUS é um aplicativo que reúne informações de pacientes e tem sido uma importante ferramenta da saúde pública em que faz uma junção da tecnologia com o atendimento médico e assistencial de saúde no país.

Para que o Conecte SUS serve?

Através do app visualizar seu histórico clínico como vacinas aplicadas, exames laboratoriais de COVID-19 realizados, internações, medicamentos dispensados e ter acesso à Carteira de Vacinação Digital e ao Certificado Nacional de Vacinação Covid-19 entre vários outros serviços oferecidos pelo SUS.

Como ter acesso ao Conecte SUS?

Você pode acessar o aplicativo através do seu celular podendo ser baixado de forma gratuita em versões para Android e iOS.

Confira o passo a passo:

1º Passo- Abra sua loja de aplicativos e procure por “Conecte SUS”
2º Passo- Abra seu app e leia com atenção ostutoriais de como utilizá-lo que o próprio aplicativo oferece .
3° passo– Após a leitura do tutorial, clique em “Avançar” e você será redirecionado para uma página com várias opções de serviços como: Válida QR Code; Cartilha de Vacinas; Rede de Saúde; Doações de Sangue; Transplante; Peso Saudável; Notícias; Fale com o Conecte SUS e Termos de Utilização.
4° passo– Na parte inferior da página vá na opção login
5° passo– Use o seu CPF e senha que foram gerados no portal gov.br para dar continuidade ao conecte SUS. Após fazer o login você terá a disposição, todos os serviços do cidadão.

O cadastro no Conecte SUS é bem simples e pode ser realizado de forma rápida: basta usar o número do CPF ou da Carteira Nacional de Saúde.

Primeiro, é necessário entrar na loja de aplicativos do seu celular ou tablete, digitar “app Conecte SUS”, e fazer o download de forma gratuita. O registro também pode ser feito em qualquer computador com acesso à internet por meio do site conectesus-paciente.saude.gov.br.

Pelo Portal gov.br, o usuário também consegue acessar a ferramenta.

“O aplicativo é grátis. Pode ser uma ferramenta muito importante para o cidadão e para o seu cuidado em saúde. É importante que o cidadão baixe o aplicativo, verifique as informações disponíveis e acompanhe o processo de disponibilização gradativa das informações mais relevantes”, explicou Gabriella Nunes Neves, do Departamento de Informática do Sistema Único de Saúde.

Até o momento, mais de 8,5 milhões de downloads já foram feitos.

Ao acessar o Conecte SUS, você pode:

– Visualizar seu histórico de saúde completo em um só lugar;

– Visualizar seus medicamentos, suas consultas e seus exames;

– Verificar quais hospitais, postos de saúde e serviços de urgência estão mais próximos de você;

– Marcar consultas de rotina;

– Ter acesso a informações importantes sobre saúde;

– Ter acesso à Carteira Nacional Digital de Vacinação; e

– E tirar dúvidas sobre o SUS.

Conecta SUS Citizen is the official application of the Ministry of Health, where Brazilian citizens can view the interactions carried out at health care points and monitor their history in the Unified Health System (SUS), such as exams, vaccines, dispensing medication and location of health facilities.
The risk scenario for the population caused by the new Coronavirus pandemic demanded strong responses from the entire health system, especially from the SUS, to coordinate national actions and orchestrate the efforts of states, municipalities and, also, Supplementary Health. Therefore, the Connect SUS, from the implementation of the National Health Data Network (RNDS), was redirected to receive and share information that helps in the control of public health emergencies, with emphasis on the Covid-19 vaccination process. in Brazil.

Functionalities:
• Access the results of exams performed by any laboratory in the national territory integrated to the RNDS for the detection of Covid-19;
• See your vaccination history in the Digital Vaccination Card;
*At the moment, Connect SUS only presents data related to vaccination against Covid-19, specifying the date of application, the name of the vaccine, the batch, the health establishment and the code of the vaccinator. Gradually, other vaccines administered by SUS will be made available.
• Issue the Covid-19 National Vaccination Certificate in the palm of your hand.
After the two doses of the vaccine (or the single dose) are registered by the states or municipalities in the RNDS¹, it is possible to issue the certificate in pdf in Portuguese, English and Spanish. This document is valid throughout the national territory and can be authenticated free of charge, using the ValidaQRCode reader in the application itself or by typing the document code in:

*The certificate specifies the registration data of the vaccinated person (name, date of birth, gender, CPF), date and time of issue, as well as information on the doses administered, such as the application date, name of the vaccine, batch and establishment of health.

• Quickly locate the nearest establishments such as Oral Health and Rare Diseases services;
