The egg grading machine is an automatic egg sorting equipment used to inspect the quality of the inside and outer shell of eggs and classify them by weight. It is suitable for egg suppliers, egg product and food processing plant. According to the egg processing needs of different industries, we developed a variety of egg sorting machines to help you improve production efficiency.

HIGHTOP poultry egg grading machine can grade eggs up to 7 levels with an accuracy of ±1 gram. It is generally composed of candle detection device, printer, grader and battery. The optional vacuum egg lifter can load 30 eggs on the accumulator at one time to improve work efficiency. The large-scale egg grader is equipped with a color PLC touch screen, a self-diagnostic system, and an automatic packaging machine. In addition, HIGHTOP egg grader can be connected with the egg washing machine to establish a complete egg processing production line.
