What Does Red Light Mean On Oculus?

1. Plug In The Charger

A soft reset will basically clear up the temporary files and memory and restart the Oculus Quest 2. Don’t worry, all your installed apps and files will stay exactly how it was.

It is quite simple to do a soft reset. All you need to do is simply press and hold the power button on the Oculus VR headset for around 10 seconds. If this didn’t work for you, move on to the next fix.
