  • 6 oz. of Chicken
  • 11 16 count Shrimp
  • 4 tablespoons Corn Starch
  • 4/2 tablespoons Chinese Cooking Wine
  • 1 Egg white
  • 4 oz. of Mushrooms
  • 1/2 white Onion sliced thin
  • 20 Water Chestnuts
  • 2 Green Onions
  • 3 Tablespoons of Cooking Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Chinese 5 Spice
  • 4 oz. Snow Peas
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons of Chinese Hoisin Sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
  • 4 oz of Broccoli

Cooking Instructions For Chinese Triple Delight

This is The Bald Chef’s recipe Chinese Triple Delight. Start by cutting your Beef and Chicken into thin slices and place into separate bowls. Remove the shells from the Shrimp and de vein them and set the Shrimp into a small bowl. add 1 1/2 tablespoon of Corn Starch, 1/3 Egg White, and 1 oz. of Chinese Cooking wine to each bowl. Set the meats aside in the ice box to marinate. Prepare your vegetables by slicing the 4 oz. of Mushrooms, 1/2 White Onion, and Green Onion, clean the Snow Peas,4 oz of Broccoli, and count out the Water Chestnuts. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in your Chinese Wok and add the vegetables to the boiling water until they are just blanched, don’t overcook them, and then remove them from the Wok. Remove the water from the Wok and bring up to high heat and add 3 Tablespoons of Cooking Oil. Add the two cloves of chopped Garlic to season the oil and start by stir frying the Chicken when the Chicken is about cooked and the Beef and then the Shrimp. Add the 1 tablespoon of Chinese 5 Spice, and almost cook all the meats. Return the vegetables the meat and flavor with 1 1/2 Tablespoons of Chinese Hoisin Sauce, and 3 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce, mix the ingredients. To thicken the sauce add 1 1/2 Tablespoons of Corn starch to 2 1/2 oz. of water mix and add to the recipe. Return the Triple Delight to heat to thicken the sauce.
