Shlomo has co-founded Check Point Software, who created the first commercial Firewall, and Imperva, the innovator of the Web Application Firewall. Co-Founder, President and COO

Gur is co-founder and COO of Cato Networks. Prior to Cato Networks, he was the co-founder and CEO of Incapsula Inc., a Cloud-based web applications security and acceleration company. Before Incapsula, Gur was Director of Product Development, Vice President of Engineering and Vice President of Products at Imperva, a web application security and data security company.

Gur holds a BSc in Computer Science from Tel Aviv College.

Tomer is a finance executive with over 15 years of leadership experience in global companies across all aspects of financial management. Tomer has a demonstrated history of working in both public companies and private companies. Before joining Cato Networks, Tomer was CFO at Juno Inc, an on-demand mobility company which was acquired by Gett. Prior to Juno, Tomer was CFO at Vizrt a provider of real-time 3D graphics and asset management tools for the media industry. His earlier experience includes corporate finance roles at Attunity Ltd. (NASDAQ: ATTU) and Ernst & Young.

Tomer is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA from the Tel Aviv University and a BA in Economics and Accounting from the Bar Ilan University.

Yishay directs Cato’s global marketing. Yishay was previously the Vice President, Marketing for Trusteer, a financial fraud and advanced malware protection company, acquired by IBM in 2013. Prior to Trusteer, Yishay was Sr. Director, Product Marketing at Imperva. Yishay has over 25 years of experience in marketing and product management for enterprise software solutions in the areas of security, fraud prevention, storage, and mobile computing.

Yishay holds a bachelor degree in Law from Tel Aviv University.

Alon directs Cato’s global sales and business development. Prior to Cato, Alon was the Vice President of Global Sales at Incapsula, now Imperva Incapsula, where he built the sales organization and was responsible for growing the business from $1M to the high tens of millions within four years. Alon has 18 years of experience in leading global sales, business developments, operations and software development of Cloud and Cyber Security solutions.

Alon holds an M.B.A degree from Northwestern’s Kellogg School Of Business.

Vice President of Sales, Americas

Nick directs Cato’s sales and channel organizations in the Americas. He has over 15 years of experience in the Networking and Telecommunications industry. Nick was previously Vice President and General Manager, Americas at Aryaka Networks, and has held Sales leadership positions at Masergy Communications, and XO Communications.

Nick holds an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University, and a B.A. from the University of California, Davis.

Vice President of Sales, EMEA

Luca manages Cato Networks’ overall business operations in the EMEA region. He has over 25 years of experience in building and growing businesses from the ground up, developing global sales strategies and leading successful International sales organizations. Prior to Cato Networks, Luca spent over two decades in the networking and security industries, holding several leadership positions at Cisco, Lastline, Fortinet, and Attachmate.

Luca holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Milan, Italy.

Vice President of Sales, APJ

Daniel manages Cato Networks’ overall business operations in the APJ region. He has over 27 years of experience in building and growing businesses from the ground up, developing sales strategies and leading successful APJ sales organizations.

Prior to Cato Networks, Daniel spent over two decades in the Enterprise Mobility, Networking, Security, Cloud-Based Video Collaboration industries, holding several APJ leadership positions at Nokia/Check Point Software, TippingPoint, Rapid7, and Lifesize. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing and Information System from The University of Manchester, UK.

Vice President, Operations

Aviram directs Cato Networks DevOps and IT. Prior to Cato, Aviram spent 12 years at Imperva, a web application and data security company, where he served as Senior Director of R&D Operations. Aviram has over 16 years of experience in cyber-security, operations, development and customer success.

Aviram holds a BA in Computer Science from the Open University.

Vice President, Engineering

Eyal directs Cato Networks Engineering organization, and has over 15 years of experience in Cyber Security & Networking leadership. Prior to Cato, Eyal served as Director of engineering at Akamai’s Enterprise Security Business, pioneering their first enterprise security product and heading their Threat Research and Big-Data group.

Eyal holds a Masters degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science and Physics, both from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Vice President, Human Resources

Zehorit leads Cato Networks’ global human capital activities. She has over 15 years of experience in HR in the computer and network security industry. Prior to Cato, Zehorit served as Director of HR at Imperva, leading the HR activities for Imperva’s Israeli sites, as well as for the global technology business units. Her areas of expertise include HR consulting, organizational development, and talent acquisition.

Zehorit holds an M.Sc. in Organizational Behavior from Tel Aviv University and a B.A. in Psychology from Bar Ilan University

Shira is General Counsel at Cato Networks. She is an experienced legal counsel within the tech industry. Prior to Cato Networks, Shira served as VP Legal at Amdocs Ltd. (Nasdaq: DOX), a notable multinational company specializing in software and services for communications, media and financial services providers. In this role Shira led global teams in the legal practices of corporate, compliance, commercial and labor. Before that, Shira was a senior attorney at Herzog Fox & Neeman, one of Israel’s leading law firms.

Shira holds an LL.B. degree from the College of Management Law School, and she is a member of the Israel Bar Association.
